Jemma accepts walk-ins on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations are recommended to secure your preferred time slot and party size.

Where do I park?

You may park in the Valet Parking Garage located inside The Aster Hotel. Validation is available for Jemma customers. Dining at Jemma: Valet parking with Jemma restaurant validation is $30 (+ tax) for up to 2 hours, then $10 (+ tax) for each additional hour, with a maximum of $66 (+ tax) . Please be sure to get a validation sticker from Jemma during your meal. (Parking without validation is subject to standard valet rates.) Dinner & A Show Valet Parking (Hollywood Pantages Theatre Only): Guests dining at Jemma before or after a performance at the Hollywood Pantages Theatre are eligible for $16 (+ tax) valet parking with proof of same-day Pantages tickets (ticket stub or valid e-ticket) . Be sure to get a validation sticker from Jemma during your meal, and then show the valet parking attendant your show tickets (ticket stub or valid e-ticket) when you depart. This two-step process will verify you are a 'Dinner & A Show' customer. DID YOU KNOW? - we'll hold your leftovers until after the show! Just ask your server.

What is the largest party size that can be booked as a regular reservation?

The largest party size for a regular reservation is 6 guests. For parties of 7 and larger, please visit our “Group Dining & Private Events” page to book. Separate reservations may not be combined to create larger parties.

Are children and infants included in my total party size?

Accepted Answer

Yes, when booking reservations or large parties, please include any children and infants in the total party size.

Do all of the guests in my party need to be present in order to be seated?

Accepted Answer

Yes, incomplete parties will not be seated until the entire party is present.

Does Jemma have a grace period for late arrival to a reservation?

Accepted Answer

Yes, Jemma offers a 15 minute grace period from your scheduled reservation time to arrive and for your party to be complete.

Is there a reserved dining time?

Accepted Answer

You will have 90 minutes to enjoy your table during a regular reservation.

What is your cancellation policy for regular reservations?

Accepted Answer

We kindly ask that guests provide notice of any cancellations or changes in party size no less than 24 hours in advance. All reservation changes and cancellations can be managed on online. Cancellations and party size changes for a large party or event booked with our Events Team are subject to any terms and conditions provided during the booking process.

May I bring my own bottles of wine? Is there a corkage fee?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you may bring your own wine bottles. Our corkage fee is $35 per bottle, $65 for magnum bottles.

May I bring my own cake / desserts? Is there a cake cutting fee?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you may bring your own cake or special occasion desserts - we are happy to refrigerate them for you if needed - refrigerator space is first-come, first-served. There is no cake cutting fee. If you’d like to bring decorations or other items into the restaurant, please contact us directly.
